Learn a Framework Your Team Can Rally Around and Easily Use

IT STARTS WITH HELLO: TeachingHorse™ teaches “horse” not “horsemanship.” We guide you toward entering the world of a horse. We even teach you to say “hello” in “horse.” It’s really a lot of fun…and life-changing!

NO HORSE EXPERIENCE NEEDED: All activities are “participation by choice” and require no horse experience. All activities are conducted on the ground. Please wear comfortable clothes, like jeans, and closed-toe shoes or boots.

COACHING SESSION FLOW: Individual sessions are 90 minutes, and sessions for teams of four or more are 2.5-3 hours. To prepare, you will watch two short 3.5-minute videos on the Diamond Model of Shared Leadership™.

When you arrive, we’ll clarify your leadership challenge and review the Diamond Model of Shared Leadership™. We’ll cover safety, greeting horses, setting boundaries, and connecting with horses. Then, you’ll participate in individual, pair, and team activities with the horses, applying the model to your business situation or individual learning goals.

AT THE END OF THE DAY: After the horse activities, we’ll debrief to uncover insights into your leadership challenge and offer suggestions on how to apply what you learned when you’re back at the office.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, ready to lead your team with confidence and skill.
